Children & Student Policy
Attendance Policy for Children
- Children under the age of 7 will not be admitted to Gilmore performances unless they are designated “family friendly”
- All attendees need to be able to sit quietly throughout the entire performance
Please use discretion when deciding to bring a child.
Parents and guardians are responsible for determining whether a specific concert is a good fit for a young audience member, regardless of their age. Patrons of all ages must be able to sit quietly in their own seats throughout the performance. If a child is unable to do so, ushers may ask them and their accompanying adult(s) to leave the auditorium. And everyone, regardless of age, must have a ticket.
Student Tickets
Through the generous underwriting of our sponsors, students can purchase $10 student tickets in advance to most Gilmore events (some exclusions apply).
A student is anyone currently enrolled in grade school (K–12) or attending college, university, or an accredited trade or vocational program as a full-time student.
One ticket per student, subject to availability. Valid student ID required. Special discounts do not apply to $10 student tickets.
Exchange/Refund Policy
All sales are final. If you need to make a change, you may request an exchange to another event within the same Festival. Please contact the Box Office 2 hours in advance or earlier to be considered. Exchanges are offered as availability allows.
WE DO NOT ISSUE TICKET REFUNDS.
Accessibility
All Gilmore venues feature wheelchair accessible entrances, seating, and restrooms. Accessible seats can be purchased online or by phone at 269.359.7311. Assistive listening devices are available at most venues with a request in advance. If you have special needs or accessibility questions, please contact The Gilmore at 269.342.1166.
