If you have six or more people, then you are a group! Whether it’s your book or running group, gourmet club, clients, employees, a college alumni reunion, or just you and five of your friends, Gilmore events make great occasions to get together. We provide the entertainment, and you have the fun!
Why attend as a group?
- Discounts – 20% discounts are offered for most concerts, and we offer special discounts for students.
- Priority Handling – Let us help choose the best performance for your group. Through Group Sales, you receive personalized assistance. We’ll help you select an event that fits the interests of your group and you can make seat reservations without making a full payment.
- Dining Suggestions – We can help you plan a dinner for your group by suggesting any of the area eating establishments many of which offer special discounts for Gilmore patrons.
- Advance Notice – Receive advance notice of concerts and on-sale dates for performances including the biennial Gilmore Keyboard Festival, Piano Masters Series and Rising Stars Series.
Planning your outing is easy!
- Select a date and call Mary McCormick at 269.342.1166.
- Reserve tickets with a 25% down payment at time of reservation.
- Promote the concert outing to your group. (We recommend six weeks.)
- Inquire about any extra services, such as dining suggestions.
- Thirty days prior to the concert, pay the balance for final ticket quantity. (Minimum purchase required to receive a Group Sale Discount of 20% is six tickets.)
