KRESA Transitional Services

KRESA Transitional Services (KTS) at the Kalamazoo Regional Educational Service Agency, is a post-secondary program that provides a range of transition services to young people with disabilities, ages 18–26.

The Gilmore Piano Lab for KRESA Transitional Services is taught by a board-certified music therapist who is highly skilled in using music to help individuals address physical, emotional, cognitive, or social needs. The Piano Lab at KTS uses singing and  songwriting, small group piano lessons, and drum circle exercises to help develop goal setting, communication, and other adult living skills for these young adults.
